Elephant Butte Lake State Park — Lakeside Camping sits at approximately 4,538 feet on the shores of New Mexico's largest reservoir in the southern Rio Grande valley, offering developed RV hookup loops (water and electric; no sewer) and miles of primitive shoreline sites. Flush toilets and potable water are on-site; pets are welcome on leash. Open year-round; first-come, first-served. Day-use plus per-night camping fees apply per the New Mexico State Parks schedule; annual passes accepted. Photography is permitted.
