Join Ranger Mike and help us harvest the chile and vegetables from our very own foodways garden, learn the process of roasting chile, making your own delicious salsa/chile sauces, and canning. This year’s foodways garden is focused on indigenous agriculture, specifically, corn, squash, and beans known as the Three Sisters. The chile garden tells the story of New Mexican agriculture.
