Discover the Sound Bath and sound healing experience with Douglas Cardwell and Lotus Sound Bath every Month - first Monday's at St. John's Cathedral - 318 Silver Ave. SW (holidays alter date to the following Monday) Lotus Sound Bath First Mondays at Cathedral of St John Albuquerque (318 Silver Ave SW) 6:30pm - 7:30pm Thank you to St. John's and everyone who has attended to keep this series available to our community! And for making it a wonderful event to share the sound healing experience with friends and guests in a beautiful and tranquil setting, as well as our many out-of-town visitors! All are welcome and we look forward to seeing you next month! This is a FREE event, and all are welcome. There is plenty of seating. You are also free to bring a yoga mat or comforter, pillow, small blanket -anything to get most comfortable ( but please arrive early to find a spot ). Please avoid strong fragrances and refrain from recording during the session. Thank You!
