City of Las Cruces Announces 2026 Movies Series The City of Las Cruces Parks and Recreation Department will host its 2026 Movie Series beginning Saturday, June 6, 2026. The free, family-friendly event will feature outdoor movie screenings at dusk at 1905 E. Nevada Avenue. Movies will be shown on select Saturdays through September 12, 2026, providing entertainment for all ages under the stars. The 2026 movie schedule is as follows: *Encanto - Sing-Along (PG) - September 12 - Costume Contest Parents are advised that a PG-13 rating indicates some material may be inappropriate for children younger than 13. Parents are encouraged to review movie content to determine appropriate age. Movie titles, dates, and locations are subject to change without notice due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
