Cowboy Spring Wilderness Study Area

Cowboy Spring Wilderness Study Area in southwestern New Mexico is a rugged landscape of canyons and rolling hill country covered by juniper, mixed mountain shrubs, and grasses. Managed by the BLM Las Cruces Field Office, the area is open for hiking and wildlife viewing. Photography is permitted. Contact the BLM Las Cruces Field Office for current access conditions.
