McGregor Range

McGregor Range in southeastern New Mexico encompasses over 606,000 acres of withdrawn public lands on the west side of Otero Mesa, jointly managed by the BLM and the U.S. Army (Fort Bliss). The area is open for camping, hiking, and wildlife viewing. Photography is permitted. Contact the managing agencies for current access conditions, as military use may affect availability.
