Pecos River Corridor Recreation Area
The Pecos River Corridor Recreation Area encompasses 6,000 acres along the Pecos River north of Loving in Eddy County, New Mexico, stretching to the NM-Texas state line. Managed by the BLM Carlsbad Field Office, this corridor offers water-based recreation and semi-primitive motorized recreation opportunities, including boating and fishing access via a public boat ramp on the NM side of Red Bluff Reservoir. Public lands are interspersed with private and state holdings. A 14-day stay limit applies; there are no fees.
