Sandia Mountains

The Sandia Mountains rise just east of Albuquerque in central New Mexico and are the most-visited mountains in the state. Open year-round for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, picnicking, wildlife viewing, and winter sports. Photography is permitted.
