Soledad Canyon Day Use Area
The Soledad Canyon Day Use Area is located at the junction of Bar Canyon and Soledad Canyon in the western foothills of the Organ Mountains, 10 miles east of Las Cruces in Doña Ana County, New Mexico. The area is managed by the BLM's Las Cruces Field Office and features the Bar Canyon Trail, a three-mile loop offering scenic views of the central Organ Mountains and Mesilla Valley. Open year-round with no fees; horseback riding and wildlife viewing also permitted.
